Villa Saia in Corfu, Greece - Halikounas beach !!

| Villa Saia, built in 2007, is situated near the unique virgin Halikounas sandy beach, on the south west coast of Corfu Island and on the north side of Korrision lake (region NATURA), in a rare coexistence of lake, dunes and sea. Halikounas longest beach of the island is in a 5 minutes walking distance reachable. The Poolvilla Saia is very quiet ideal for those seeking very relaxing holidays. In Halikounas area (10-15 min. walking distance) there are three different tavernas and a mini market is also about 2 km away. Agios Matheos village (4 km) is where you can find a super market, pharmacy, bakery, butcher cafes and more. Souvenir shops and nearest night life is in Messonghi or Moraitika (both 5 km away). Other beaches near the area are: Kanouli beach (3 km), Prasudi and Skidi beach (both 4 km away). Corfu town, airport and port are approx. 24 km away. |
| The villa has two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one twin bedroom), beautiful sea view, livingroom-kitchen, sat. TV, DVD player, WC/bathroom, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ, sea view veranda, garden table, seats for 6 persons, sunbeds and umbrellas and a pool approx. 40 sq.m. (depth: 1.70m - 1.20m). The lake KORISSION (6.300 acres) and the magnificent golden beach (3 km length) Halikouna compose a magnificent landscape of water and dunes. In the back is the mountain Pantokrator with homonym on top monastery, the mountain known as the "GAMILIO OROS", a name from the mythical years, said there were marriages of Jason and Medea after Argonautic campaign in the year 390BC. |
