Located in the closed bay of Gouvia about 3 miles north of Corfu town. When approaching from Corfu's northern channel the islet of Lazaretto is a landmark about a mile south of the entrance. The channel is demarcated by 2 pairs of lighted buoys, with depths 8 to 9 meters in the middle. GOUVIA marina is surrounded by a developed tourist area full of restaurants, bars and hotels within walking distance of the 2 entrances. The center of Corfu town is about 7 km away; there is regular bus service on the main road, a short distance from the marina entrances

Access - Arrival
Two green and two Red buoys with Green and Red flashing lights respectively identify the entrance of the Bay channel. On arrival, please call the marina port control on Channel 69 witch will provide you with approach directions to your berth.The marina dingy and a sailor on the pier will give necessary assistance. Then please proceed to the reception for check-in

The actual construction of the present Marina began in 1996. The first phase of development increased the capacity to 960 berths.The construction of four modern and luxurius WCs, the Fuel Station, the Super market, a restaurant, and the Public Servises building has already been completed.The second phase, includes an Administration building, a swimming pool, a shoping center and other constructions.Today the Marina has matured to offer a level of facilities for yaghting and motor cruising enthusiast, that would be hard to surpass.
At the basic level the pontoon berths are suplied with electricity and fresh water.The fuel station, the Super market,the Laundry and the Coastguard and Hellenic Tourism Organization offices are ready to fulfil most of the customers needs. A great emphasis is given to the security with 24 hour security patrols guarding berhing areas and a private security company operating all the entrances.
