Calypso is a newly built, luxurious villa (150sq.m.) with a private pool and only 150m from the sea. It is built in a beautiful property, Villa Calypso was built in 2007. It is located in a land of 5,000sq.m full of greenery, beautiful flowers and trees. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven/ microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.).
The dining room is a short distance from the kitchen and is suitable for up to 8 people. In this floor there is also a modern living room and two bedrooms. The living room has a flat satellite TV, DVD-player, home-cinema, and air conditioning. Each bedroom has two single beds, indoor bathroom, flat satellite TV and air conditioning. Access from this floor to the pool, garden and BBQ is immediate, as they are in about the same level.
