Ipsos is one of the liveliest resorts on Corfu / Greece, stretching along one kilometer of shelving beach. The natural curve of Ipsos Bay offers scenic views along the coast to Corfu Town, and of the green hills inland and the mountains of mainland Greece and Albania. Ipsos resort is built up along a broad, straight road just above the beach, which curves into a tiny harbour. The easy availability of water sports, including pedalloes, paragliding, water-skiing and windsurfing makes Ipsos Beach an all-time favourite with visitors, many of whom return year after year to Ipsos. At night the action moves into the video bars, cocktail bars, pubs and clubs. Ipsos has a huge selection of tavernas and snack bars, as well as English, Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants. There are all manner of shops at regular intervals along Ipsos resort's long, straight main road, from shops selling local products and tourist memorabilia, to large, fully stocked super-markets and min-markets.
