We travelled in Corfu in early May this year with twin 21 month old boys. The standard room was too small for us with the two cots in so we 'complained' and they swapped our room to the much more appropriate family accomodation at no extra charge, which was much appreciated. ALL staff in Kontokali Bay hotel are superb, I can not rate them higher. They are VERY child friendly, happy, accomodating and all willing to help

The Kontokali Bay hotel is great. Very clean, spacious, modern looking interior. Its position with the views are second to none, truly breathtaking.Food is pretty good. Plenty of choice at the evenng and morning buffets although a bit repetitive.
There is a kids area but it is only open for 4 hours a day (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) which is ok but quite restrictive. All in all the hotel is very good. We met a lot of people there who reguarly come back twice a year so they must be doing something right. Close to the airport (about 15mins away so transfer time is good) and close to Corfu Town, which is a lovely place to visit. I would definitly go back but maybe not with the children.
