We stayed at Bella Vista's studio in the first week/wkend of Sep and it was very nice accomodation for a relaxing holiday in Greece not far from the sea. What I like the place:
-- nice room: quiet (the studios are a bit further away from the road than the hotel, about 50 metres, and our room faces the back), simple but nice set-up in the room (our room has a tiny kitchen with two stoves and a set of culnaries for 2 ppl), good AC, good TV (with CNN alongside with all the Greek channels), clean & spacious bathroom and good shower.
-- close to the beach: it's basically a 2 min walk to the nearest beach. if you want to go to the main beach in Benitses, that''ll take you only 5 minutes, so you can go any time you want and come back to your room for a proper shower.

-- close to supermarkets: there are a couple just outside along the main road (and more from a distance of 5 min walk), so it's convenient to get the stuff and cook in our room.
-- breakfast: having stayed in many Greek hotels, we're quite happy with this one as they provide quite a range of options such as yogart, cakes, toasts, fruits, juices, coffee, tea, etc.
-- friendly and knowledgable staff: they are really helpful for you to get all the information you need for getting around the island
-- value for money: for what we paid, we think it's very good deal!

What I don't like the place:
Just one thing: i hate the bees flying and hovering over my breakfast!
