Re: had fantastic time in Three Brothers Sidari
by Aimiee on April 2008 | Overal Rating of Three Brothers Hotel: 10/10
my mother and i stayed at the three brothers for a week in may 2007 and i can honestly say that it was one of the best hotels i have been in. it may not be upper class but it has a fantastic family atmosphere and a friendliness i have rarely experienced from other receptionists, waiters etc, Three Brothers is a true family run hotel. When we arrived we discovered that we were on the second floor and that there was not a lift in the hotel, the receptionist immediately offered to move us to a lower floor as my mother was slightly disabled and cannot climb a lot of stairs which we gratefully accepted after 1 night on the higher floor both rooms were clean and airy but i have to say that the second room far exceeded expectations with room fans, large balcony overlooking the front of the hotel (which could be a bit loud but stopped after 1.00 am) and a lovely large bedroom with separate bathroom.
The chambermaids were very helpful getting extra pillows etc as were the waiters who could not do enough for you. The food in the restaurant of Three Brother hotel was nice but not as good as other places we have stayed but you got plenty and it tasted ok.
The pool was beautiful and there were plenty of sunbeds available even at 10.00 am in the morning!! The night entertainment was good with performers coming in every evening, one night george michael look alike (who really could sing), traditional greek dancers, elvis personater etc. these finished at around 11.00 pm so left you with plenty of time to go out to nightclubs etc or just go for a wander, sidari town is not the biggest and is a bit like blackpool but i liked it and it didnt seem to be full of lagar louts etc. we booked a few tours from the agency directly opposite the hotel and found them to be very reliable with clean buses and reasonable prices. Overall I would definately go back to the three brothers hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone

Re: Hotel Three Brothers is probably the best hotel in Corfu!

This was our 8th time at Three Brothers hotel. Sidari resort has something for everyone and over the years have gradually seen
the town improved dramatically. The locals are very friendly if you take the time to talk to them. They have very "warm" personalities. We have made many friends over the years. The Hotel Three Brothers is probably the best hotel in Corfu, with its 42 rooms, maximum cleanliness, good food served personally by happy, singing waiters and waitresses must beat all the large buffet style hotels on Corfu. The staff are funny, warm, happy and attentive at all times but you do need a sense of humour too! Laki, the hotel owner is always there to take your order personally at dinner, and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
Receptionists are both English and great too. The oldest hotel in Sidari and it certainly deserves its "Gold Medals" every year. Although the front of the hotel is in the busy main street, once you are through the doors it is like being in another world, through reception, to the bar, into the beautiful terrace restaurant which now has a sliding roof that can be completely opened on warm evenings, through to the pretty garden and pool which backs on to Sidari's vast sandy beach and the sea.
The beach is very flat and safe and you can walk for about 50 metres and water still only up to yur waistline. There is a typically
Corfu jetty with local boats which is very scenic if you take the trouble to look around you. Plenty of friendly beach bars all along the beach (Who needs the Caribbean) we will deifintely return again. The High Street contains many bars, shops and tavernas, but if you want a real local bar try Diverso Bar which is owned by 2 (Corfoit) brothers, friendly local staff and attracts the locals, to listen to music, watch sport on TV, Internet section and large screen. Go Greek, eat Greek, try to speak a little Greek and you will find you make friends with the locals with ease and they will always remember you when you return. Hire a Jeep and visit the mountain local villages and see the true beauty of Corfu. We love it so much we may even go and live there eventually!!!!!
Re: Great Hotel / Great People

We stayed at Three Brothers hotel from 7th-14th july 07 and we thoroughly enjoyed it.. the rooms were clean and tidy with tv, fan
and air conditioning all free of charge.. the beds were very hard though. each room also had a balcony.… our room was facing the road which was like blackpool strip full of bars and restaurants so made it quite noisy in night.. if you pre-book your room ask for a sea view at the rear of Sidari Three Brothers as these were quiet. the food was ok for half board but they also had a la carte for a supplement which was much better.. the drink was good but much more expensive than outside.. the staff are all very friendly and work hard, they cannot do enough for you and expect nothing in return.. they even come out to see you off when you leave.
The Three Brothers is right on the main street where all the bars are situated but go out the rear and you are on Sidari beach and the small harbour of the resort... the swimming pool in the hotel is small but big enough and also has its own jacuzzi. there is plenty of entertainment outside but 3-4 nights a week the hotel has artists in for the guests free of charge.…
i can recommend the Three Brothers hotel for the 30+ age group.…

Re: the friendliest hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying at!

From the greeting when we arrived to the goodbyes when we left this is indeed the friendliest hotel we have ever had the pleasure
of staying at. The staff of Three Brothers hotel work hard and long hours to ensure that your stay is happy and stress free.. always with a smile on their face. The rooms where of a pleasantly high standard (having been to different areas of Greece before I know this is not always the case). All the hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was good and if there was something you wanted that was not on the menu then you could ask and if at all possible it would be provided. Special thanks to George, Maria and Nikos in the restaurant and Spiro, Spiros, Cristos, Lisa and Bill who manned the pool and lounge bars in the heat and to all hours. A great big thanks also to Lakis (the manager) and the reception team as well. Sidari as a resort is full of bars and restaurants and souvenir shops but is still reasonably small. We personally enjoy this type of resort although I do know it's not everyones cup of tea. However, there was entertainment in Three Brothers hotel several nights a week and with the lounge bar having air conditioning this was always our late night venue. We would definately recommend it to others and would like to visit again in the not too distant future.
