Looking through other reviews for this hotel, I've seen some bad ones, some of the points they make are valid, but overall, the hotel is simple but wonderful. Whilst I was there it was very clean, and the staff were helpful. The food, which is done buffet style was better than I expected and the selection was varied enough to eat there each night I was there. Breakfast was good as well, although I didn't try the cooked things as I was happy with fruit, cheese, bread and cereal, etc. The room was basic as I expected, but it was spotless when I arrived. The shower was really good, as hot as you liked and plently of water.

One of the best features of Pantokrator Corfu Hotel has to be its location, the views are stunning and the closest little bit of beach is no more than 10 mins away for a fit 20 something year old, but the hill is rather steep and wouldn't be easy to push a wheel chair up or walk up if old. As for things to do, there was just enough in reach by public transport for a week. If going to longer, hiring a car would probably keep me entertained with other things on the island for another 7 days
