First time we have booked a hotel on line, Our stay went completely free of any problems. Pantokrator Hotel had all the details ready on arrival, gave over the voucher they gave me the key escorted us to our room carried bags for us all ok. Rooms cleaned every day (except sundays) aircon, fridge and dvd available at a local charge. Aircon 7 euros p/day, fridge 3 euros p/day and dvd 5 euros p/day.

Stayed half board bases, breakfasts exceptable plenty of choice, eveing meals had 3 choices on each course, food was ok could have been better, we found if you attended later in the sitting time either food choice run out or what was left was not refreshed (attended early get the best choices). Bar prices reasonble and entertainment was twice weekly, had resident dj of sorts everynight. The only cristisim was the steep hill upto the hotel and up and around the accomadation. Car hire recommended, you can drive up to your accomadation. overall we would rate our stay 7 out of 10
