Was surprised to read any negative comments. Our experience was all positive! Sumptuous room and beds, fabulous food, welcoming & friendly staff - NB there is a bus into Corfu town for 90cents a 2min walk to Mini Market right out of hotel every half hour - so don't worry about being a bit out of town and taxis - easy regular transport, guess those who said needed taxi hadn't discovered the local bus (Blue Line). Enjoy - its definitely worth staying a bit out of town for quality to go back to and prices v reasonable (6 euro bottle retsina)!

Immaculate cleanliness too in rooms & hotel/restaurant. Special thanks to the great bar team Valeria, Vangelis & Ella - great company and service! Relaxed enough for single woman to sit n sup n chat! PS We are pretty snobby about hotels/food and will definitely be back! Use the local boat trip from Port to Vedos Island (2 euro return to island) and the Green Bus line 2 Euro one-way just before the BP Petrol station - easy flat walk albeit on main road. Enjoy...well worth being bit out of town, having stayed at other hotels in Corfu town!
