The main building consists of 36 apartments and the annex consists of 10 apartments and 4 studios. All apartments (studios 1 bedroom) have a twin bedded room, a sitting room with 2 beds, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 2 cooking rings and kettle, bathrooms with hairdryer, large balcony, sat TV, and A/C.

Annaliza apartments are ideal for couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday in Corfu. Ipsos is approximately 10 miles to the north of Corfu Town and the local beach is a long, narrow strip of shingle bordered by a pleasant promenade. There is a selection of water sports available on the beach and the resort is known for its lively nightlife which carries on until dawn. The property has an outdoor swimming pool. Annaliza apartments have 2 bars, one of which serves snacks.
Ipsos tends to attract young people due to its reputaion. Groups of friends and teenagers enjoy it here. Also the resort is starting to cater for families with teenage children. Many couples enjoy Ipsos as it is a resort with plenty of life, but the edges are the quieter parts, such as the harbour end and the village behind the main road of the resort.
